We are in Midway Studios building in the Fort Point historic district of Boston, very near South Station. It is easy to drive to from I-93 or I-90.

NOTE: This is Channel Center St, not Channel St., which is 1.5 miles away.

The studio building is wheelchair accessible.

Parking Information

Please do not park on Channel Center St., as they will tow after 15 minutes.

Channelside Parking (284 A St, enter via Binford St, this is the big open parking lot.) offers $8 flat rate after 3 pm weekdays. They charge $5 flat rate all day on Sat and Sun. If you want an easy parking that is not too expensive, this is the best bet. Park your car near Binford and A streets to minimize walking distance.

If Channelside is full (morning), try Necco St Garage (10 Necco St).

Channel Center Garage (116 W First St, Boston, MA 02127) is more expensive and always available.

Metered parking on the street (for short sessions only): there are plenty of meter parking spots on A Street between Binford and Iron Streets. Max out the meter for two hours. They are super fast to ticket you when the meter expires. Please check parking signs carefully.

Sunday appointments: meters do not operate on Sundays (free parking).

Saturday appointments: beware, meters operate.

Weekday late afternoon appointments (4 pm or later), make sure to park on the west side of A St (farther from Channel Center St) and make sure your spot doesn’t require a resident permit.

Again, read signs carefully. (Caveat: we are not responsible for errors or latest changes.)

Via Public Transportation

South Station (Amtrak/MBTA) is about 1/2 mile away, about 13 minutes on foot.

TAXI: $10-15 from Government Center, North End, South End, Downtown/Financial District.
